Freedom Bakery is a local bakery that is dedicated to supplying you with food that is full of love.
We offer baked goods made with alternative flours – coconut, millet, sweet potato, spelt – and alternative sweeteners – coconut sugar, xylitol.
Contact us for specific catering or cake orders, or visit us for our daily baked goods.
All baked goods listed on this page are made by us on site. We don’t make all items on all days, so if you would like something specific, please let us know in advance.
We offer breakfast and lunch from our deli, with many delicious meals, vegan options included. You’re also welcome to enjoy a slice of cake and a coffee. We have daily specials on our board, and our table menu.
The Freedom Bakery staff are very special to Natasha and she to them. Most of them joined Freedom Bakery after hearing that there was an opening, as Natasha has not ever advertised positions. Some of the staff have previous experience and training, and others are being trained by Natasha.
After the 2020 Covid-19 restrictions, Freedom Bakery is open for sitdown and takeaway. Our opening hours are Mondays to Fridays 8am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm.
Saturday Breakfast Buffets are back – book your table early to avoid disappointment as seating is limited.
